The Oklahoma Cogeneration LLC facility is the first natural gas-fired combined-cycle cogeneration plant built and operated in Oklahoma. The 120 MW facility has established a proven track record of performance and reliability with first commercial operation in September of 1989 continuing to current date.
Oklahoma Cogeneration LLC has an excellent relationship with the original equipment manufacturer, General Electric, in maintaining the rotating equipment.
The major plant components include a GE Frame 7EA Gas Turbine Generator, Heat Recovery Steam Generator, GE Steam Turbine, Distributed Control System, and associated balance of plant equipment.
NAES Corporation is currently performing operations and maintenance services for the facility. The facility holds a Power Purchase Agreement with Oklahoma Gas and Electric.
General Manager since 1995 is Hugh Bereman. LLC Managing Members since 2011 are James R. Beers and Lawrence N. Brandt.
